Excellent
I am normally not one to praise any version of Lost Sailor, having heard it a million times over many years of touring but this pairing at this particular show was the stuff. If you've heard the SBD copy that went around right after the show you would hear what I mean...Not to take anything away from this copy, but the one I have kinda blows this one away...Have a nice day all...

Shakedown
Love this Shakedown. David played it this morning on Sirius and I had to come to work and play it again. There is an audiance version out there that sounds better than this one. I think it will make it onto my ipod tonight, along with the rest of the show.

hot
shakedown got pretty hot near the end, groovy the whole way through loved the string of tunes after shakedown, set a nice laid back mood especially candyman and fotd 2nd set had good runs, liked hes gone into the other one, really good there, probably best part of show post drums was good as well, the truckin in particular

Great Candyman
Check out the way Jerry kicks off his Candyman solo...it's a good one. In fact, I'll just second Sproutsdream's comments...Althea and Lost Sailor are excellent as well. Happy Birthday my friend. The sound is a little degraded but it's plenty listenable.
there is a good clugston upgrade that circulates for this show. it's a mean sounding dank 79' show. Good shakedown, good quality show!

A candidate for a re-seed
This is a great show (esp. He's Gone > TOO), but my old several-generation cassettes sound better. The second set, especially, has had a lot of the high end removed via (I assume) improper noise reduction. Either that or the lineage isn't correct, here.

A Good Show
No doubt, but... for me the sound is inferior. I'm giving this download three stars to offset the others.

A shining moment!
I couldn't have asked for a better setlist on this the date of my birth. I really love the Candyman and Althea but Lost Sailor is truly one of my very favorite songs and it is really displayed well here, on this the day of my birth. If only it could have been in ATL! Thank you Guy for a great show on my birthdate...

Generic but jammin' !
See my comments about the next day. The same conditions apply! This was the great era of the long medley combo of "I need a Miracle"->"Bertha"->"Good Lovin'" Also a terrfic long "Truckin'"-> "Nobod'y Fault but Mine" jam! Augy San Diego
